FHF launches national fraud prevention campaign

Today we called on the nation to Take Five – to stop and think when faced with a potential fraudster. Like all the most effective behaviour change campaigns, the campaign has one simple call to action: Take Five to Stop Fraud. The multi-channel campaign has been developed on behalf of Financial Fraud Action UK, and backed by all UK banks and financial services providers across the UK. It is the first time they have all come together to launch a national campaign to combat financial fraud.

The FHF team has created an integrated campaign that combines a standout brand identity, website, videos, social media content, brand guidelines, literature and a full marketing, traditional and social media strategy that will drive awareness of and engagement with the Take Five campaign.

The campaign launched today with blanket coverage across every major news network, and virtually all national and regional print, radio and television outlets.

In addition, flash mobs, adverts, in-bank marketing, and amplification via countless supportive government, police and interest groups’ own channels means we hit the whole country in one day.
The campaign will continue for at least a year, continuing to engage the public with a series of creative moments that target different demographics and behaviour groups.
