We’re looking for great graduates to join our agency and help us continue to deliver award-winning work to our clients by providing creative, insight-led campaigns that deliver real change. Are you looking for a challenge?
What is the programme?
A 12 month contract dedicated to one of our practices (Corporate, Technology, Healthcare, Public Affairs, Consumer or Creative Strategy) with the opportunity for a permanent role upon completion. Forget making endless cups of tea (though honestly, that’s great career advice, everyone loves the person who offers to make the tea), we’ll be asking you to jump straight into client work, learning the ropes of being an agency practitioner. You also get the perks of working for a global agency, opportunities to visit our network of offices, Friday drinks, monthly massages as well as a competitive salary.
Who can apply?
We’re looking for people who can help us champion clients, challenge competitors and realise results. You must be eligible to work in the UK in order to be considered for the scheme but apart from that all we ask is that you are passionate about producing great work.
Deadline for applications is 19th March 2018 with the first assessment date being 18th April and the second and final assessment on 25th April. Successful applicants will start mid-September 2018.
How to apply?
Simply respond to both of the two briefs below. You can submit your briefs in any format (video, song, powerpoint presentation, infographic etc etc) your only limit is that of 200 words. Please zip both brief answers together and attach below or for media files, provide links in a document to where they are hosted.

Brief 2 (Please choose the brief specific to the practice you’re applying for)
Brand Britain is experiencing reputational change around the world. You have £500,000 to drive re-appraisal of the brand over the next 12 months but only 20% of the budget can be spent on advertising.
ABC Pharma is looking to increase awareness and understanding of the global crisis that is antimicrobial resistance ahead of the launch of a new antibiotic treatment. You have a budget of £50k for an intense six-month programme.
Identify an organisation facing a reputational issue that has led to negative media coverage and political interest. Your job is to offer advice to the organization’s leadership on how they can deal with the immediate challenge and what they can do to improve their reputation moving forward. Please include suggested campaign messages and identify key media and political stakeholders to target.

- Shortlisting will be based on creativity and content of your submission.
- You don’t need to stick to the same format for both briefs.
