As a Senior Account Manager in the Technology team, you will act as the day-to-day account lead dealing with multiple clients across a variety of projects, mostly in the B2B sector. You will act as a trusted advisor for your clients and play a key role in the development of programmes that address those client’s objectives and business priorities.
You will provide strategic media relations and communications counsel to senior clients across the business in a variety of sectors spanning retail, healthcare, fintech, public sector and SME to develop story angles to secure high levels of quality coverage in top tier national and trade press.
You will be working with several FHF offices throughout our network, helping to guide them in developing thought leadership campaigns that help build the clients reputation, getting process and systems working more efficiently and supporting on crisis and issues management preparedness.
Your role will involve providing strategic counsel and having a good understanding of your clients’ business and pain points; you will contribute fresh perspectives and new ideas; challenge thinking and provide high-value guidance. There is a significant focus on integrated communications across social, creative strategy and digital, design and our other practices. You will also help to manage a busy press office internally.
You will be actively involved in new business and look for opportunities in cross-office initiatives and contribute to the culture and best practices of the agency. You will share knowledge of the media landscape and industry trends with the technology team.
In addition to your client responsibilities you will provide oversight to junior members of the FHF tech team and take responsibility for leading teams across defined projects; overseeing consultants and junior staff including across practices. You will motivate junior colleagues and set a positive example in terms of team spirit and proactivity.
