The research studied 160 companies across 20 industries to help discover where Authenticity Gaps exist. Mapped against the Nine Drivers of reputation it provides actionable insights to help companies understand where they can develop to help build upon their reputation and become leaders in their industry.
In our third report we take a look at what people consider credible sources, we delve into disruptor companies and how they perform and of course share our insights into each industry’s performance.
