A long-standing client – a global leader in their field – wanted to be the most admired packaging company in the world. To help them with this aim, we developed a benchmarking survey to understand audience perceptions, using these insights to develop a campaign that positioned the company as an innovative, creative brand that worked in partnership to solve business problems.
The integrated, multi-channel, AMEC award-winning campaign, in collaboration with multiple agencies shifted focus to solutions rather than products, supporting visual marketing with compelling written content in key titles. As well as over 35 pieces of coverage in three months and CEO interviews secured in the BBC and WSJ, the second wave of the survey found that their reputation as the leading packaging provider grew by 6%. The company also had the highest share of voice of its competitors across print, online and social media.
